Dù vậy khi trả lời báo chí vào buổi chiều, ông Vũ đã bác bỏ đề nghị này, ông nói: “Muốn hàn gắn thì phải từ lòng thật. Vợ chồng sống với nhau phải bằng cái tâm thật lòng, sống mà có một chút lương tri, lương tâm thì sao mình có thể làm những chuyện kinh khủng như vậy”.
Thậm chí ông Vũ nhấn mạnh: “Giờ hàn gắn chỉ là một thủ thuật thôi, mình không có sống như vậy được!”. Sau câu nói này, ông Vũ nhanh chóng rời ra xe.
Trong khi đó bà Thảo tiếp tục trả lời báo chí. Thông tin về diễn biến phiên tòa, bà cho biết “bên tôi” đã đặt nhiều câu hỏi về nguồn vốn, người điều hành, quản lý công ty… nhưng “bên đó” hầu như không trả lời được.
Về yêu cầu giám định năng lực hành vi dân sự, bà Thảo cho rằng đây là thủ tục bắt buộc để phòng tránh những tình tiết có thể bị “lật lại” sau khi tòa tuyên án. Bà Thảo cũng cho rằng đây là “yêu cầu chung”, và có thể thực hiện với cả hai.
Cũng trong trả lời chiều 2/12, bà Thảo đã đề cập đến việc nhiều cô gái vào nhà bà sử dụng đồ đạc của các con, vật dụng của gia đình, thậm chí vào nơi riêng tư của vợ chồng… và đưa những hình ảnh đó lên mạng internet đã khiến con bà tổn thương.
