Chiều 14.6, giữa loạt lùm xùm của gà cưng, chủ tịch Yang Hyun Suk bất ngờ rút khỏi mọi vị trí trong YG Entertainment, chính thức rời khỏi công ty mà mình gắn bó hơn 20 năm.
Yang Hyun Suk vừa đột ngột đưa ra thông báo xoay quanh loạt scandal gần đây. Bên cạnh việc phủ nhận các cáo buộc, ông còn khiến dư luận ngỡ ngàng khi tuyên bố rút lui khỏi tất cả các chức vụ tại YG Entertainment. Điều này đồng nghĩa Yang Hyun Suk không còn là người đứng đầu của ông lớn YG nữa.
Trong phát ngôn của mình, Yang Hyun Suk mở lời: “Tôi rất xin lỗi những người hâm mộ đã yêu mến nghệ sĩ nhà YG. Tôi cũng gửi lời xin lỗi chân thành đến các giám đốc điều hành và nhân viên đã âm thầm làm việc chăm chỉ giữa cơn mưa chỉ trích gay gắt”.
Ông chia sẻ: “Tôi đã bình tĩnh chờ đợi và kiên nhẫn chịu đựng những lời lẽ về tình hình hiện tại được lan truyền một cách đáng xấu hổ và nhục nhã, như thể đó là sự thật. Thế nhưng, tôi nghĩ là mình không thể chịu đựng được nữa rồi. YG Entertainment, nghệ sĩ trực thuộc công ty và fan không thể chịu tổn hại vì tôi thêm nữa”.
“Trong suốt 23 năm cuộc đời mình, tôi đã làm tất cả để phát triển YG. Ủng hộ những sản phẩm âm nhạc tuyệt vời và nâng đỡ các nghệ sĩ tài năng là niềm hạnh phúc lớn nhất cuộc đời tôi. Tôi cũng nghĩ rằng đây là một trong những kỹ năng mà mình có thể cống hiến cho fan và xã hội này. Tuy nhiên, tôi sẽ rút lui khỏi mọi vị trí và công việc liên quan đến YG Entertainment bắt đầu từ hôm nay (14.6). Tôi chân thành hi vọng các nghệ sĩ của công ty và fan mà tôi thương yêu, sẽ không chịu tổn thương vì tôi nữa”, ông Yang Hyun Suk nói thêm.
Yang Hyun Suk không quên nhắn nhủ: “YG Entertainment hiện giờ còn có rất nhiều chuyên gia có tài năng hơn tôi. Khi tôi ra đi, họ sẽ được trao cơ hội phát huy hết khả năng của mình. Tôi cũng hi vọng YG sẽ phục hồi nhanh nhất có thể. Cuối cùng, tôi tin rằng sự thật về những lùm xùm gần đây và các tin đồn ác ý sẽ được phơi bày thông qua các cuộc điều tra trong tương lai. Xin cảm ơn”.
Việc nhà sáng lập của YG Entertainment từ chức khiến cho người hâm mộ Kpop sốc lẫn nuối tiếc. Ông từng là người góp phần phát hiện và tạo nên các tên tuổi hàng đầu làn sóng Hallyu như Big Bang, 2NE1, iKON, Winner, Black Pink, AKMU… Fan của các nghệ sĩ này cũng đang lo lắng cho tương lai của thần tượng không biết sẽ như thế nào sau khi Yang Hyun Suk rời khỏi YG Entertainment.
