Xuất hiện quả phạt đền tranh cãi ở V-League, trọng tài xử đúng hay sai?
3 min readThanh Hóa đã giành chiến thắng 1-0 trước Đà Nẵng ở vòng 9 V-League diễn ra vào tối 20/11 để giữ vững ngôi đầu bảng. Bàn thắng duy nhất ở trận đấu này được Luiz Antonio thực hiện từ chấm phạt đền.
Mặc dù vậy, bàn thắng của Thanh Hóa đã nhận lại nhiều phản ứng trái chiều. Trước thời điểm Luiz Antonio thực hiện quả sút phạt đền, trung vệ Nguyễn Thanh Long (số 7) đã di chuyển vào vòng cấm và chắn trước tầm nhìn của trọng tài chính Hoàng Thanh Bình.

Nhiều người cho rằng trọng tài cần phải cho Thanh Hóa thực hiện lại quả phạt đền này. Tuy nhiên, theo luật mới nhất của Hội đồng Liên đoàn bóng đá quốc tế (IFAB), trọng tài Hoàng Thanh Bình đã xử lý đúng trong tình huống này.
Theo điều 14 của luật mới: “Trước khi bóng vào cuộc, đồng đội của cầu thủ thực hiện phạt đền chỉ bị phạt vì hành vi lấn sân nếu hành động đó tác động đến thủ môn, hoặc cầu thủ lấn sân chơi bóng, hoặc tranh bóng với đối thủ rồi ghi bàn, cố gắng ghi bàn hoặc tạo cơ hội ghi bàn”.
Trong tình huống này, mặc dù Thanh Long đã xâm nhập vòng cấm trước khi Luiz Antonio thực hiện phạt đền nhưng cầu thủ này không có tác động nào gây ảnh hưởng tới thủ môn của Đà Nẵng. Giả sử, nếu thủ môn đẩy bóng ra, Thanh Long sút bồi vào lưới, thì khi ấy, Thanh Hóa mới phải thực hiện lại. Vì khi ấy, cầu thủ này đã tác động tới tình huống.
Cũng theo luật, trong trường hợp đồng đội của thủ môn (tức đội chịu phạt đền) xâm nhập vòng cấm trước khi cầu thủ đối phương thực hiện quả phạt đền, nếu quả phạt đền thành công, bàn thắng được công nhận. Nếu quả phạt đền không thành công, đội hưởng phạt đền được thực hiện lại.
Với chiến thắng trước Đà Nẵng, Thanh Hóa tiếp tục dẫn đầu V-League với 20 điểm sau 9 trận, hơn đội xếp thứ hai là Nam Định 1 điểm. Trong khi đó, Đà Nẵng đứng cuối cùng trên bảng xếp hạng với 4 điểm. Họ vẫn chưa có chiến thắng nào ở mùa giải này (hòa 4, thua 5). Sau vòng 9, V-League sẽ tạm nghỉ nhường chỗ cho đội tuyển quốc gia tập trung chuẩn bị cho AFF Cup 2024.
