Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Afghanistan đóng biên giới với Iran do nCoV

Afghanistan quyết định đóng cửa biên giới với Iran sau khi tuyên bố đang xét nghiệm ba trường hợp bị nghi ngờ nhiễm virus corona. Ba người này gần đây đã trở về từ Iran.
“Để tránh lây lan virus corona, chính phủ Afghanistan sẽ ngừng mọi hoạt động đi lại với Iran qua đường bộ hoặc đường hàng không. Các biên giới cũng bị đóng cửa”, trang web an ninh quốc gia Afghanistan đăng tải.
Iran hôm 19/2 xác nhận hai ca nhiễm nCoV đầu tiên và cho biết hai bệnh nhân được cách ly ở Qom, cách Tehran hơn 130 km về phía nam. Tối cùng ngày nước này thông báo hai bệnh nhân đã qua đời “do tuổi già và vấn đề hệ miễn dịch”.
Sau hai trường hợp đầu tiên nhiễm nCoV tử vong ở Iran, Iraq hôm 20/2 thông báo siết kiểm soát hành trình đến và đi từ quốc gia cộng hòa Hồi giáo. Bộ Y tế nước này cũng cho biết người dân Iran bị cấm vào Iraq “cho đến khi có thông báo mới”.
Bộ Y tế Lebanon cùng ngày tuyên bố tất cả du khách trở về từ Iran đều phải cách ly tại nhà trong ít nhất 14 ngày, sau khi xác nhận nữ bệnh nhân 45 tuổi, vừa trở về từ thành phố Qom ở Iran, trở thành trường hợp đầu tiên dương tính với nCoV tại nước này.
Kuwait Airways, hãng hàng không quốc gia Kuwait, thông báo sẽ đình chỉ tất cả các chuyến bay đến Iran.
Dịch Covid-19 đã xuất hiện tại 31 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ sau khi khởi phát tại Vũ Hán, Trung Quốc, vào tháng 12/2019. Thế giới hiện ghi nhận 2.465 người chết, 78.771 người nhiễm nCoV. Bộ Y tế Iran hôm qua xác nhận có 43 trường hợp nhiễm nCoV, trong đó 8 người đã thiệt mạng.
