Nhiều người Việt đang nhầm lẫn ‘Bluezone’ với ‘Bluzone’ trên kho ứng dụng

Thời gian gần đây, ứng dụng ‘khẩu trang điện tử’ Bluezone được Thủ tướng Chính phủ, Bộ TT&TT, cùng nhiều tổ chức y tế khuyến cáo người dân cài đặt trên smartphone của mình để truy vết nhanh các ca lây nhiễm Covid-19 ra cộng đồng.
Phản ánh sự quan tâm của toàn người dân Việt Nam về Covid-19, ứng dụng Bluezone đã nhanh chóng dẫn đầu bảng xếp hạng ứng dụng miễn phí phổ biến nhất trên cửa hàng App Store, cũng như cửa hàng Google Play trên các thiết bị Android.
Tuy nhiên, một ứng dụng có tên ‘Bluzone’ với cách viết và cách đọc tên gần giống với Bluezone đã bất ngờ lọt top tải nhiều, và thậm chí đứng ở vị trí thứ 2, ngay sau ứng dụng Bluezone trên App Store.
Theo tìm hiểu của Dân trí, ‘Bluzone’ thực chất là một ứng dụng nước ngoài, được phát hành vào tháng 6/2017 bởi công ty Bluvision. Ứng dụng này cung cấp giải pháp làm việc, giám sát từ xa thông qua nền tảng đám mây bluzone.io, và hoàn toàn không liên quan tới việc phòng/chống dịch Covid-19.
Tuy nhiên, có vẻ như đã có không ít người Việt Nam nhầm lẫn ứng dụng này với Bluezone do Cục tin học hóa, Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông phát triển, dẫn tới tải nhầm hoặc không sử dụng với đúng mục đích.
Trong phần bình luận, có thể thấy rất nhiều người dùng Việt đánh giá ứng dụng 1*, kèm theo những lời chỉ trích nặng nề như “ứng dụng không hỗ trợ tiếng Việt”, “không đăng ký được”, “ứng dụng lừa đảo”,…
Hệ quả là ứng dụng ‘Bluzone’ trên cửa hàng Google Play đã bị “tụt sao” xuống chỉ còn 2,6 do có quá nhiều đánh giá thấp, mặc dù những người sáng lập ra phần mềm này có lẽ vẫn chưa hiểu điều gì đã xảy ra.
Ngoài ‘Bluzone’, nhiều ứng dụng có tên gần giống, như Bluezone Pool, Blued… cũng bị nhầm với ứng dụng truy vết Covid-19 Bluezone do các công ty công nghệ Việt Nam phát triển.
Theo đánh giá của Bộ TT&TT, cho đến nay, Bluezone là phần mềm truy vết hiệu quả nhất. Phần mềm này kết hợp với phần mềm khai báo khác đang hoạt động ở Việt Nam sẽ trở thành hệ sinh thái với độ truy vết rất cao.
Tính đến ngày 2/8, đã có 1.851.827 lượt tải Bluezone. Đây cũng đang là ứng dụng được tải về nhiều nhất trên cả hai kho ứng dụng App Store và CH Play tại Việt Nam.
