Người đàn ông ho, sốt trên xe khách Hà Nội – Hải Dương, xét nghiệm dương tính COVID-19

Trước đó, vào trưa 5-8, bệnh nhân vào khoa cấp cứu Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương với triệu chứng ho, sốt cao nên được khám, xét nghiệm theo đúng quy trình nghi nhiễm virus SARS-CoV-2.
Trao đổi với Tuổi Trẻ Online ngày 7-8, ông Phạm Mạnh Cường – giám đốc Sở Y tế tỉnh Hải Dương – cho biết đến chiều tối 6-8, kết quả xét nghiệm do Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật (CDC) tỉnh Hải Dương thực hiện cho thấy bệnh nhân Đ. dương tính với virus SARS-CoV-2.
Theo ông Cường, CDC tỉnh Hải Dương là 1 trong 66 đơn vị được Bộ Y tế cho phép thực hiện xét nghiệm khẳng định COVID-19 và kết quả xét nghiệm đối với bệnh nhân Đ. cũng đã được Viện Vệ sinh dịch tễ trung ương thẩm định.
Qua truy xét nhanh dịch tễ, bệnh nhân này có lịch trình di chuyển phức tạp khi từng qua TP Hải Phòng, Hà Nội trong khoảng thời gian từ ngày 20-7 đến 5-8. Riêng ngày 5-8, bệnh nhân đi từ Hà Nội về quê tại huyện Thanh Hà, tỉnh Hải Dương bằng xe dịch vụ của nhà xe Đức Hiếu.
Trên xe, bệnh nhân có biểu hiện ho, sốt nên khi xe đi về phường Ngọc Châu, TP Hải Dương thì bệnh nhân chủ động vào Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương để khám.
Trong đêm 6-8, bệnh nhân được chuyển từ khoa truyền nhiễm của Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Hải Dương tới Bệnh viện Bệnh nhiệt đới trung ương.
Về kết quả truy vết chuyến xe của nhà xe Đức Hiếu ngày 5-8, lái xe là N.V.H. (ngụ phường Ngọc Châu, TP Hải Dương), hiện đã được đưa đi cách ly y tế tập trung.
Trên xe cùng với bệnh nhân Đ. còn có 3 hành khách gồm: anh N.V.Đ., bà H.X.Q. và P.M.A (con trai bà Q.).
Trong đó, anh N.V.Đ (19 tuổi) xuống xe tại thị trấn Gia Lộc, Hải Dương, sau đó vào nhà nghỉ Sao Mai tại thị trấn Gia Lộc cùng một người bạn trong khoảng 20 phút ngày 5-8.
Cùng ngày, anh Đ. và bạn về TP Hà Nội bằng xe máy, hiện vẫn chưa liên lạc được.
Bà H.X.Q. (37 tuổi, địa chỉ phường Láng Hạ, quận Đống Đa, TP Hà Nội) đi cùng con trai là P.M.A. (16 tuổi) về thăm gia đình ở phường Ngọc Châu, TP Hải Dương.
Hiện bà Q. đã về Hà Nội, riêng con trai ở lại cùng gia đình và đã được đưa đi cách ly y tế tập trung.
Trước diễn biến phức tạp của dịch bệnh, ngay trong đêm 6-8, Ban Thường vụ Thành ủy TP Hải Dương đã họp, chỉ đạo kích hoạt lại tất cả hệ thống phòng chống dịch COVID-19 trên địa bàn, tập trung truy vết, khoanh vùng các đối tượng F1, F2.
Từ 5h ngày 7-8, tại TP Hải Dương đóng cửa toàn bộ quán massage, karaoke, quán bar, vũ trường, game.
Được biết bệnh nhân N.M.Đ. là người thứ 6 nhiễm COVID-19 được phát hiện trên địa bàn tỉnh Hải Dương. Trước đó, 5 bệnh nhân khác đều đã được điều trị khỏi bệnh.
