Bad day – một sáng tác nổi tiếng của Daniel Powter được nhóm nhạc trẻ Eternal mang đến 100 giây rực rỡ mùa 2 với theo style của những chàng cao bồi miền viễn Tây. Các thành viên của nhóm không chỉ có thể hát mà còn chơi được các nhạc cụ.
Lựa chọn dòng nhạc country, Eternal trình diễn với phong cách cổ điển nhưng cũng pha trộn nét trẻ trung, nghịch ngợm của người trẻ. Đặc biệt giọng hát của thành viên trong nhóm được đánh giá cao ở cách xử lí, luyến láy và những đoạn gằn giọng cực chất.
“Tôi rất thích vì các bạn rất có duyên sân khấu, khi bước ra, các bạn thổi vào một luồng gió mới cho khán giả. Từ lời hát, ánh mắt, hành động làm cho khán giả hút theo, đó là kĩ thuật, cũng là cái duyên đứng trên sân khấu của các bạn” – nghệ sĩ Ngân Quỳnh nhận xét.
Trong khi đó đạo diễn Vũ Trần lại cho rằng các thành viên hát từ trái tim nên sẽ chạm vào trái tim người nghe. Sau khi nghe nhận xét này, Sam vội phản ứng, cô cho rằng bản thân hát cũng từ trái tim nhưng không ai cảm nhận được.
Trước thắc mắc của người đẹp, Ngân Quỳnh lên tiếng: “Giọng hát của Sam tôi có dịp nghe rồi. Một lần đi quay phim đang buồn ngủ mà nghe nó hát, tôi tỉnh ngủ luôn”. Chính câu nói như “tạt gáo nước lạnh vào mặt” của đàn chị, Sam bẽ mặt và vội chuyển chủ đề.
Trong 100 giây đầu nhóm nhận 96 điểm, 10 giây cuối 4 điểm và tổng nhóm nhận được 148 điểm.
