3 min readCông ty CP Tập đoàn 911 (mã chứng khoán: NO1) mới đây đã công bố nghị quyết đại hội đồng cổ đông bất thường năm 2024, trong đó gồm nội dung thông qua việc ký kết hợp đồng mua bán xe ô tô và dịch vụ cho thuê pin với Công ty TNHH kinh doanh thương mại và dịch vụ Vinfast.
Giá trị hợp đồng dự kiến 500 tỉ đồng và thời gian dự kiến thực hiện trong quý II/2025.
Liên quan đến Tập đoàn 911, mới đây, ông Lưu Đình Tuấn, Chủ tịch HĐQT kiêm Người đại diện pháp luật của công ty, đã qua đời vào ngày 22-11, ngay trước thềm Đại hội cổ đông bất thường.
Sau đó, đơn vị này đã bổ nhiệm bà Nguyễn Thị Thơm giữ chức Chủ tịch HĐQT kiêm người đại diện pháp luật của tập đoàn trong thời hạn còn lại của nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025, bắt đầu có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 23-11.
Bà Thơm là em vợ của ông Lưu Đình Tuấn. Hồi tháng 10, bà Thơm đã thoái sạch hơn 600.000 cổ phiếu NO1, chiếm hơn 2,5% vốn.
Bà Thơm từng từ nhiệm Thành viên HĐQT Tập đoàn 911 từ ngày 22-6 vì không thể sắp xếp được thời gian để đảm nhận công việc đã phân công. Trước đó, ban lãnh đạo NO1 cũng miễn nhiệm chức Phó Tổng Giám đốc đối với bà.
Cổ phiếu NO1 biến động trong 1 tháng qua
Trước đó, doanh nghiệp này gây chú ý khi công bố kế hoạch hợp tác cùng VinFast triển khai dịch vụ taxi mang nhãn hiệu “911 taxi”.
Mục tiêu phát triển 200 xe vào cuối năm 2024 và mở rộng lên hơn 2.200 xe vào cuối năm 2025. Giai đoạn đầu, dịch vụ sẽ được triển khai tại Đồng Nai và Bình Dương, sau đó mở rộng ra các khu vực khác.
Vào cuối tháng 10-2024, công ty đã ký hợp đồng mua bán xe ô tô và dịch vụ cho thuê pin với VinFast với tổng giá trị 45 tỉ đồng. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến trong quý IV/2024.
Về kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu thuần quý III/2024 của Tập đoàn 911 đạt hơn 226 tỉ đồng, giảm 13% so với cùng kỳ. Sau khi trừ các chi phí, lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt gần 5 tỉ đồng, tăng 26%.
Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm, công ty đạt doanh thu 672 tỉ đồng, tăng 63%; lợi nhuận sau thuế hơn 19 tỉ đồng, tăng tới 211% so với cùng kỳ năm 2023, vượt kế hoạch cả năm.
