Giá loại này tại các thương hiệu lớn như Công ty Vàng bạc đá quý Phú Nhuận (PNJ), Bảo Tín Minh Châu cũng nâng lên tương ứng. Chênh lệch mua bán giữ nguyên 2 triệu đồng một lượng.
Vàng nhẫn trơn tại SJC cũng lên 113 – 115,5 triệu đồng mỗi lượng, tăng 500.000 đồng mỗi lượng so với buổi sáng. PNJ niêm yết nhẫn trơn tại 113 – 115,5 triệu đồng. Còn tại Bảo Tín Minh Châu, loại vàng này được mua bán cao hơn mặt bằng, quanh 116 – 119 triệu đồng một lượng.
Trên thị trường quốc tế, lúc 14h theo giờ Hà Nội, giá vàng giao ngay cũng đảo chiều tăng 50 USD mỗi ounce lên 3.260 USD một ounce. Quy đổi theo tỷ giá bán Vietcombank, vàng thế giới tương đương 102,7 triệu đồng mỗi lượng. Theo đó, giá vàng miếng trong nước neo cao gần 18 triệu đồng một lượng so với thế giới, còn mức vênh của vàng nhẫn trơn dao động 13-16 triệu đồng.

Chênh lệch giá vàng trong nước và thế giới lên cao trong khoảng 1,5 tháng trở lại đây khi thế giới liên tiếp xác lập kỷ lục mới.
Trong báo cáo phục vụ chất vấn gửi Quốc hội, Ngân hàng Nhà nước cũng cho biết nguồn cung vàng miếng trên thị trường chưa được tăng thêm từ đầu năm đến nay. Theo đó, trong những tháng đầu năm, cơ quan này đã dừng bán vàng miếng cho 4 ngân hàng quốc doanh và SJC như trước.
