Lời khai của nghi phạm đốt quán hát khiến 11 người chết
1 min readNgày 19/12, Hùng bị Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an Hà Nội khởi tố, tạm giam để điều tra tội Giết người, chỉ sau hơn một tiếng gây án.
Theo kết quả xác minh ban đầu, 21h17 ngày 18/12, Hùng đến quán cà phê hát cho nhau nghe tại số nhà 258 đường Phạm Văn Đồng, phường Cổ Nhuế 2, quận Bắc Từ Liêm. Hùng ngồi uống bia một mình và xảy ra mâu thuẫn với một nhóm 7 khách.

Hai bên ra đường Phạm Văn Đồng giải quyết xích mích. Hùng sau khi bị đánh đã chạy đi mua một xô nhựa tại chợ Cổ Nhuế rồi đến cửa hàng trên đường Phan Bá Vành mua 150.000 đồng tiền xăng (chừng 7 lít).
Hùng khai khoảng 23h, bắt taxi quay lại quán hất xô xăng vào tầng một.
Theo nhà chức trách, khi Hùng đốt, lửa nhanh chóng bắt cháy vào các vật dụng và xe máy nên bùng lên dữ dội. Lúc xảy ra hỏa hoạn, trong quán có khoảng 16 người nhưng lửa chặn cửa chính khiến nhiều người không thể thoát ra.
Quán rộng chừng 40 m2, Tầng 1 có khoảng hiên hình tam giác lợp tôn, quây kín bằng khung sắt. Tầng 2 ban công có rào chắn, tầng 3 ban công để thoáng.
23h40, đám cháy được khống chế. Vụ hỏa hoạn do Hùng gây ra đã khiến 11 trường hợp tử vong. 4 người bị thương đang cấp cứu tại Bệnh viện E.

Theo Công an Hà Nội, Hùng có hai tiền án cướp và trộm cắp tài sản. Nghi phạm có hộ khẩu thường trú tại phường Cổ Nhuế 2, quận Bắc Từ Liêm nhưng hiện ở tại thôn Đại Đồng, xã Đại Mạch, huyện Đông Anh, Hà Nội.
