Khởi tố TikToker Lê Việt Hùng về hành vi cưỡng đoạt tài sản

Ngày 8-5, Bộ Công an cho biết Công an tỉnh Lạng Sơn đã ra quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can và lệnh tạm giam đối với Lê Việt Hùng (34 tuổi), trú phường Hoàng Văn Thụ, thành phố Lạng Sơn, tỉnh Lạng Sơn) về hành vi cưỡng đoạt tài sản.
Trước đó ngày 6-5, Công an tỉnh Lạng Sơn tiếp nhận nguồn tin có dấu hiệu của tội phạm cưỡng đoạt tài sản đối với Lê Việt Hùng từ một số công dân.
Đến ngày 7-5, Cơ quan điều tra Công an tỉnh Lạng Sơn đã ra lệnh giữ người trong trường hợp khẩn cấp và lệnh khám xét khẩn cấp chỗ ở đối với Lê Việt Hùng về hành vi cưỡng đoạt tài sản.

Công an tỉnh Lạng Sơn thông báo và đề nghị những ai là nạn nhân của đối tượng Lê Việt Hùng liên hệ với cơ quan điều tra Công an tỉnh Lạng Sơn để xử lý, giải quyết qua đầu mối điều tra viên Nguyễn Hoàng Minh, số điện thoại 0983.348.368.
Trước đó trao đổi với Tuổi Trẻ Online, một lãnh đạo phường Hoàng Văn Thụ, TP Lạng Sơn xác nhận chiều 7-5, lực lượng chức năng đã đến nhà Lê Việt Hùng để khám nhà, trong đó có đại diện của công an phường.
Chiều cùng ngày, lực lượng chức năng sử dụng xe chuyên dụng cẩu đi chiếc xe hơi hiệu Mercedes màu đen mang biển kiểm soát tỉnh Lạng Sơn. Đồng thời lực lượng chức năng mang theo các thùng tài liệu liên quan từ nơi cư trú của Hùng.
Gần đây trên mạng xã hội xuất hiện TikToker có tên Lê Việt Hùng thường xuyên đến trụ sở công an, chốt cảnh sát giao thông để quay phim, chụp ảnh khi lực lượng chức năng làm nhiệm vụ.

Khi được yêu cầu xuất trình giấy phép lái xe, kiểm định thì người này trả lời rằng “không có, tôi nói luôn không có, không mang, để ở nhà rồi nên không có giấy tờ, xử lý đi”.
