Jenas: ‘Tottenham đang sụp đổ’

“Tôi yêu quý Pochettino và muốn ông ấy ở lại”, Jenas bày tỏ quan điểm. “Ông ấy đã ở đây nhiều năm và thay đổi đội bóng. Nhưng có những thứ cũng đã rất cũ. CLB đã làm Mauricio thất vọng. Tottenham cần phải thay đổi”.
“CLB này đang rối loạn”, cựu tiền vệ tuyển Anh Joe Cole đồng tình với Jenas. “Brighton chơi hay, nhưng Tottenham quá tệ. Không khát vọng, không nhiệt huyết, chiến thuật cũng không có. Các cầu thủ trên băng ghế dự bị trông cũng không có vẻ gì là quan tâm đến kết quả. Tôi nghĩ đội bóng đang đi đến điểm kết thúc. Rất khó cho HLV. Ông ấy đã để lại một di sản cho đội bóng. Đây không giống một tình huống bình thường, nơi một HLV có thể dễ dàng ra đi và một người khác đến thay”.
Trong hai trận gần nhất, Tottenham đã để lọt lưới tới 10 bàn. Đội bóng thành London có hai tuần để xốc lại tinh thần, khi các giải VĐQG châu Âu nhường chỗ cho sân chơi ĐTQG. Ở vòng kế tiếp, Tottenham sẽ gặp đội cuối bảng Watford.
