Giá xăng giảm, dầu tăng
3 min readChiều 22/5, liên Bộ Tài chính, Bộ Công Thương thông báo thay đổi giá bán lẻ xăng dầu. Thời gian áp dụng là từ 15h cùng ngày.
Cơ quan điều hành quyết định giảm 60 đồng/lít với xăng E5 RON 92 và xăng RON 95. Sau điều chỉnh, giá bán lẻ tối đa với xăng E5 RON 92 là 19.120 đồng/lít và xăng RON 95 là 19.530 đồng/lít.
Trong khi đó, giá dầu được điều chỉnh tăng tiếp trong kỳ điều hành này. Cụ thể, dầu diesel tăng 180 đồng/lít lên 17.400 đồng/lít, dầu hỏa tăng 90 đồng/lít lên 17.310 đồng/lít; dầu mazut cũng tăng 350 đồng/kg lên mức 16.510 đồng/kg. Liên Bộ vẫn duy trì không trích hay chi quỹ bình ổn giá.
Như vậy, giá xăng RON 95 trong nước đã quay đầu giảm chỉ sau 1 phiên tăng. Hiện tại, giá nhiên liệu này vẫn ở mức thấp nhất 4 năm qua, tương đương thời điểm tháng 5/2021. Từ đầu năm đến nay, xăng RON 95 tăng 10 lần, giảm 11 lần. Dầu diesel có 10 lần tăng, 10 lần giảm và một lần giữ nguyên.

Số dư quỹ tính đến cuối năm 2024 là hơn 6.072 tỷ đồng. So với cuối năm 2023, số dư quỹ này giảm gần 600 tỷ đồng.
Theo Bộ Công Thương, kể từ khi thực hiện điều hành giá xăng dầu rút xuống 7 ngày/lần mức biến động giá giữa hai lần điều chỉnh cơ bản không lớn, giá xăng dầu trong nước đã cơ bản bám sát diễn biến giá thế giới.
Bên cạnh đó, theo báo cáo từ các thương nhân đầu mối kinh doanh xăng dầu tổng nguồn nhập khẩu và mua trong nước 4 tháng đầu năm khoảng 9,1 triệu m3/tấn, đạt 30,7% tổng nguồn tối thiểu phân giao. Tiêu thụ xăng dầu 4 tháng qua khoảng 8,5-8,8 triệu m3/tấn xăng dầu các loại, tăng khoảng gần 6% so với cùng kỳ năm trước; ước tồn kho thời điểm cuối tháng 4 khoảng 1,7-1,8 triệu m3/tấn xăng dầu các loại.
Thời gian tới, Bộ Công Thương sẽ tiếp tục thực hiện các giải pháp để bảo đảm nguồn cung xăng dầu trong nước. Đồng thời, Bộ Công Thương yêu cầu các Sở Công Thương giám sát các thương nhân trên địa bàn duy trì hoạt động bán hàng thường xuyên, liên tục, bán theo giá niêm yết.
