Giá cà phê trong nước
Giá cà phê tại các tỉnh Tây Nguyên hôm nay tăng mạnh, dao động trong khoảng 132.800 – 134.000 đồng/kg, tăng 1.800 – 2.000 đồng/kg so với hôm qua.
Mức tăng này đưa giá cà phê trong nước lên mức cao nhất trong gần một tuần qua, phản ánh nhu cầu mua vào mạnh hơn từ các thương nhân xuất khẩu và sự biến động của giá thế giới.
Giá cà phê thế giới
Trên sàn London, giá cà phê Robusta tiếp tục tăng ở tất cả các kỳ hạn. Hợp đồng giao tháng 3.2025 chốt phiên ở 5.712 USD/tấn, tăng 71 USD so với hôm trước.
Trong khi đó, giá Arabica tại New York có sự phân hóa. Kỳ hạn tháng 5.2025 giảm nhẹ 0,65 cent, trong khi kỳ hạn xa hơn như tháng 12.2025 tăng 1,40 cent, phản ánh sự thay đổi trong chiến lược giao dịch của giới đầu tư.
Nhận định thị trường
Theo dữ liệu từ Ủy ban Giao dịch Hàng hóa Tương lai (CFTC), các nhà đầu cơ đã giảm vị thế mua ròng đối với hợp đồng Arabica, xuống còn 43.123 lô, phản ánh sự thận trọng trước các biến động trên thị trường.
Dù vậy, triển vọng cung cầu vẫn đang hỗ trợ giá cà phê ở mức cao. Báo cáo từ Công ty Cung ứng Quốc gia Brazil (Conab) cho biết, sản lượng Arabica vụ 2025/26 của Brazil có thể giảm 12,4%, xuống còn 34,7 triệu bao, trong khi sản lượng Robusta có thể tăng 17,2%, đạt 17,13 triệu bao. Tổng sản lượng hai loại cà phê tại Brazil được dự báo đạt 51,8 triệu bao, giảm 4,4% so với vụ trước.
Lượng tồn kho Arabica được ICE giám sát cũng đã phục hồi nhẹ, nhưng vẫn ở mức thấp trong nhiều tháng qua, tiếp tục gây áp lực lên nguồn cung.
Dự báo giá cà phê
Giá cà phê vẫn sẽ duy trì ở mức cao trong ngắn hạn do nguồn cung khan hiếm và nhu cầu tiêu thụ ổn định. Tuy nhiên, thị trường có thể xuất hiện những đợt điều chỉnh nhẹ nếu lượng hàng xuất khẩu từ Việt Nam và Brazil gia tăng trong thời gian tới.
