Đạo diễn huyền thoại Martin Scorsese: “Tôi không coi phim Marvel là điện ảnh”

Trong buổi phỏng vấn với Empire, vị đạo diễn huyền thoại của kinh đô điện ảnh Hollywood Martin Scorsese đã chia sẻ những ý kiến của mình về dòng phim siêu anh hùng của Marvel. Theo đó, ông cho rằng những bộ phim này không thể gọi là điện ảnh.
“Tôi đã cố gắng để xem những bộ phim này nhưng dường như là không thể. Những bộ phim không hề có tính điện ảnh, nếu để so sánh, có lẽ những bộ phim này giống như một công viên giải trí. Đây không phải điện ảnh mà con người đang hướng đến, không phải những bộ phim truyền tải được cảm xúc, những trải nghiệm tâm lý tới khán giả”, vị đạo diễn đại tài khẳng định.
Ngay sau khi bài báo được đăng tải, khán giả đã có rất nhiều ý kiến trái chiều. Nhiều người cho rằng, chủ nhân Sói già phố Wall đang quá khắt khe với Marvel và phim của Marvel cũng mang tính nhân văn như bất kì tác phẩm điện ảnh nào. Tuy nhiên, số đông tỏ ra đồng tình với “cây cổ thụ” Hollywood. “Để so sánh thì phim Marvel giống như mì ăn liền còn phim của Martin Scorsese giống như đồ ăn hạng sao Michelin vậy. Mì ăn liền thì cũng là đồ để ăn nhưng chắc chắn không thể được đánh giá theo tiêu chuẩn 5 sao rồi”, một khán giả bình luận.
Martin Scorsese là một đạo diễn, biên kịch nổi tiếng của điện ảnh Mỹ. Ông là người có tầm ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến bộ môn nghệ thuật thứ bảy này với hàng loạt tác phẩm điện ảnh nổi tiếng như Taxi Driver, The Departed, The Wolf of Wall Street… Năm nay, vị đạo diễn tài ba này sẽ tái xuất với một tác phẩm mới mang tên The Irishman. Đây được coi là một trong những ứng cử viên nặng ký cho giải Oscar 2020.
