Năm 2019 này là lần thứ 46 giải đấu được tổ chức và sẽ được tổ chức ở Brazil. Giải đấu năm nay sẽ có sự góp mặt của 2 khách mời là Qatar và Nhật Bản.

Copa được tổ chức ở 5 sân vận động lớn của Brazil là Maracana (Rio de Janeiro) , Morumbi và Alena Pameiras (Sao Paulo), Mineirao (Belo Horizonte), Arena do Gremio (Porto Alegre), Itaipava Arena Fonte Nova (Salvado).
Trận chung kết ngày 7/7 sẽ diễn ra tại sân vận động Maracana – Thành phố Rio de Janeiro.
