Cổ phiếu Vinpearl “cháy hàng” ngày chào sàn, tỷ phú Vượng thắng lớn
3 min readSáng nay (13/5), cổ phiếu VPL của Công ty cổ phần Vinpearl chính thức niêm yết trên Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TPHCM (HoSE) với mức giá tham chiếu 71.300 đồng/cổ phiếu, tương ứng vốn điều lệ gần 18.000 tỷ đồng.
Ngay sau khi niêm yết, cổ phiếu VPL của Vinpearl đã tăng hết biên độ gần 20%. Cổ phiếu VPL tăng kịch trần, lên 85.500 đồng/cổ phiếu với 4.800 đơn vị được giao dịch. Bên mua đang có hơn 1,6 triệu đơn vị chờ ở giá trần nhưng trống bên bán.
Với gần 1,8 tỷ cổ phiếu lưu hành, Vinpearl có giá trị vốn hóa hơn 153.000 tỷ Hiện Tập đoàn Vingroup (mã chứng khoán: VIC) của tỷ phú Phạm Nhật Vượng là cổ đông lớn nhất tại Vinpearl và sở hữu 1,5 tỷ cổ phiếu VPL, tương ứng 85,5% vốn điều lệ.
Việc cổ phiếu Vinpearl chính thức giao dịch trên sàn chứng khoán đưa tài sản của Chủ tịch Vingroup Phạm Nhật Vượng tăng vọt lên mức kỷ lục.
Theo ước tính của Forbes, tài sản của vị tỷ phú Phạm Nhật Vượng tăng 122 triệu USD đạt 9,1 tỷ USD. Ông hiện đứng ở vị trí 331 trong danh sách người giàu nhất thế giới của Forbes. Tỷ phú Phạm Nhật Vượng cũng nằm trong nhóm những tỷ phú hàng đầu Đông Nam Á.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, Vinpearl ghi nhận doanh thu thuần hợp nhất quý I/2025 đạt 2.971 tỷ đồng, tăng 76,6% so với cùng kỳ. Trong đó, doanh thu từ hoạt động kinh doanh cốt lõi của doanh nghiệp, gồm dịch vụ khách sạn, du lịch, vui chơi giải trí và các dịch vụ liên quan, đạt 2.438 tỷ đồng, tăng 45% so với cùng kỳ năm 2024. Lợi nhuận sau thuế của công ty cũng đạt hơn 90 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2025, công ty này đặt mục tiêu doanh thu thuần đạt khoảng 14.000 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt khoảng 1.700 tỷ đồng. Với kết quả đạt được, trong quý đầu năm, Vipearl hoàn thành khoảng 21% kế hoạch doanh thu và 5% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm.
