3 min readTrong thông báo mới phát đi, ngày 30/8 là thời điểm mà Thủ tướng Chính phủ chỉ đạo phải có kết luận thanh tra Công ty cổ phần Tập đoàn Asanzo chính thức tạm dừng hoạt động, bởi doanh nghiệp này đã rơi vào tình trạng kiệt quệ.
Cũng trong suốt 2 tháng qua, đoàn công tác thuộc các cơ quan quản lý chuyên ngành như các đoàn công tác của Cục Kiểm tra sau thông quan, Cục Điều tra Chống buôn lậu; thuộc Tổng cục Hải Quan; Tổng cục Quản lý thị trường; Ban chỉ đạo 389 Quốc gia; Bộ Công an; Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ; và Cục Thuế thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã tiến hành thanh tra, kiểm tra Asanzo và các doanh nghiệp có liên quan.
Phía Asanzo cho biết, đã cung cấp toàn bộ tài liệu pháp lý, chứng từ, hợp đồng, số liệu kế toán, tài chính, tài liệu liên quan đến nhãn hiệu, dây chuyền, công nghệ, bí mật kinh doanh và thông tin sản phẩm mang thương hiệu Asanzo cho các cơ quan quản lý chuyên ngành trên để đoàn thanh tra đưa ra một kết quả chính xác, khách quan nhất, nhưng kéo dài hơn hai tháng mà vẫn chưa có kết luận cuối cùng.
Đến thời điểm này, mới chỉ có Phòng thương mại và công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) – cơ quan có chức năng cấp giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ hàng hoá (C/O) – có kết luận về xuất xứ hàng hoá của Asanzo. Theo cơ quan này, Asanzo không sai trong vấn đề ghi xuất xứ hàng hoá.
Cụ thể, trong biên bản làm việc vào cuối tháng 7 vừa qua giữa Asanzo và VCCI, VCCI đã kết luận “đối với trường hợp sản phẩm điện tử của Công ty Asanzo lắp ráp tại Việt Nam từ các linh kiện mua trong nước hoặc nhập khẩu từ nước ngoài, việc ghi nhãn hàng hoá như “sản xuất tại Việt Nam”, “chế tạo tại Việt Nam”, “nước sản xuất Việt Nam”, “xuất xứ Việt Nam” hay “sản xuất bởi Việt Nam” là đúng quy định của pháp luật”.
Tuy nhiên, kết luận của VCCI vẫn không thể thay thế kết luận thanh tra của các cơ quan chứ năng. Asanzo cho biết, doanh nghiệp đã hoàn toàn suy kiệt nên buộc phải tạm thời đóng cửa công ty, ngừng mọi hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, chỉ duy trì hoạt động bảo trì bảo hành nhằm bảo đảm quyền lợi sau mua hàng của người tiêu dùng và cố gắng đảm bải quyền lợi của người lao động trong khả năng của công ty theo quy định pháp luật.
