Chi tiết bảng lương viên chức năm 2025
2 min readTheo Nghị định 204/2004/NĐ-CP, cán bộ, công chức, viên chức đang áp dụng 5 bảng lương: Bảng lương chuyên gia cao cấp; Bảng lương chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ đối với cán bộ, công chức trong các cơ quan nhà nước (bao gồm cả cán bộ giữ chức danh do bầu cử thuộc diện xếp lương theo ngạch, bậc công chức hành chính và hưởng phụ cấp chức vụ lãnh đạo và công chức ở xã, phường, thị trấn).
Bảng lương chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ đối với cán bộ, viên chức trong các đơn vị sự nghiệp của Nhà nước; Bảng lương nhân viên thừa hành, phục vụ trong các cơ quan nhà nước và các đơn vị sự nghiệp của Nhà nước và bảng lương cán bộ chuyên trách ở xã, phường, thị trấn.
Mới đây, Quốc hội đã biểu quyết thông qua Nghị quyết về dự toán ngân sách nhà nước năm 2025 tại kỳ họp thứ 8. Theo đó, về thực hiện chính sách tiền lương, một số chính sách xã hội, chưa tăng tiền lương khu vực công, lương hưu, trợ cấp bảo hiểm xã hội, trợ cấp hằng tháng, trợ cấp ưu đãi người có công trong năm 2025.
Như vậy, Quốc hội chính thức quyết nghị chưa tăng tiền lương cho khu vực công vào năm 2025.
Điều này đồng nghĩa với việc mức lương cơ sở vẫn được giữ nguyên theo mức hiện tại là 2,34 triệu đồng/tháng, theo Nghị định 73/2024/NĐ-CP.
Căn cứ Thông tư 07/2024/TT-BNV thì tiền lương của viên chức được tính bằng công thức: Tiền lương = Mức lương cơ sở x Hệ số lương.
Do đó, dự kiến chi tiết bảng lương viên chức 2025 áp dụng mức lương cơ sở 2,34 triệu đồng/tháng như sau:
