Anh em chủ nhà thuốc ở Đồng Nai bị khởi tố
2 min readNgày 2/6, ông Minh cùng em trai Lê Dương Sĩ Mẫn, chủ nhà thuốc Sĩ Mẫn (TP Biên Hòa) bị Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai khởi tố, cho tại ngoại, điều tra về hành vi Trốn thuế.
Công ty Sơn Minh được thành lập được gần 30 năm ở phường Trung Dũng, Thống Nhất, TP Biên Hòa, là hệ thống phân phối dược phẩm lớn nhất Đồng Nai. Từ vài năm trước, doanh nghiệp này mở rộng nhiều cửa hàng thuốc tây trên địa bàn tỉnh.
Cơ quan điều tra cáo buộc, quá trình mua bán các loại thực phẩm chức năng, dụng cụ y tế tại nhà thuốc Sơn Minh, nhà thuốc Sĩ Mẫn, doanh nghiệp Sơn Minh kê khai nộp thuế chênh lệch rất nhiều so với hàng bán thực tế.
Ngoài ra, công ty này cũng không thống kê các khoản thu phải nộp thuế, không xuất hóa đơn khi bán hàng, dịch vụ… Đây là hành vi gian dối để trục lợi thuế thu nhập cá nhân, thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp và thuế giá trị gia tăng.
Cuối tháng 12/2020, cảnh sát vũ trang bất ngờ vây ráp, kiểm tra 3 điểm kinh doanh (cũng là kho) thuốc tây của Công ty Sơn Minh, thu giữ nhiều hàng hoá, tài liệu phục vụ việc điều tra.
