Chiều 27.3, Bến xe miền Đông đông đúc khi hành khách mua vé rời TP.HCM về quê phòng dịch Covid-19. Nhân viên các nhà xe làm việc không ngừng nghỉ xếp đặt, vận chuyển hàng hóa lên xe. Trưa cùng ngày, TP.HCM đề xuất giảm số chuyến xe liên tỉnh.
Chiều 27.3, Sở Giao thông vận tải TP.HCM thông báo đến các đơn vị kinh doanh vận tải về việc tổ chức giao thông trước tình hình mới của dịch bệnh Covid-19. Quyết định này áp dụng từ 0 giờ đêm 28.3 cho đến hết ngày 15.4.
Ghi nhận của PV Thanh Niên chiều 27.3 tại Bến xe miền Đông (Q.Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM), dòng người đổ về bến rất đông. Hàng hóa cũng liên tục được các xe chuyển về, nhân viên các nhà xe liên tục xếp hàng.
Chị Hoàng Ngọc (ngụ Q.3, quê ở Bình Thuận) cho biết chị vừa nghe thông tin về việc cắt giảm số chuyến xe liên tỉnh lúc trưa nên đã vội đặt vé xe về quê thăm gia đình.
“Có lẽ nay là Thứ 6 nên nhiều người về hơn ngày thường”, chị Ngọc cho biết. Trong khi đó, bạn Mỹ Dung (sinh viên, quê ở Gia Lai) cho biết từ khi dịch Covid-19 bùng phát, bạn chưa về thăm ba mẹ nên nghe tin có thể sẽ cắt giảm xe liên tỉnh là mua vé về ngay trong chiều thứ 6.
